NFL: Steelers stifle Titans 27-24

Chas Post

The Pittsburgh Steelers (6-0) took down the Tennessee Titans (5-1) on the road on Sunday, Oct. 25. Pittsburgh jumped out to a 24-7 halftime lead but struggled on offense for the majority of the second half, allowing Tennessee to get back into it. The Steelers led by just three points in the fourth quarter following a Derrick Henry rushing touchdown. Ben Roethlisberger had a chance to seal the victory in the final minutes but was picked off with 2:40 left. Stephen Gostkowski attempted a game-tying field goal for the Titans but missed from 45-yards out. JuJu Smith-Schuster caught nine receptions for 85 yards and 9.44 yards per catch. The Steelers, who face Baltimore next Sunday, are the only undefeated team left following Seattle's loss to Arizona on Sunday night.
