NBA: Celtics, Heat hope to challenge Bucks in Eastern Conference

The Spoken Truth Podcast recently discussed the Eastern Conference playoff picture with the play-in tournament set to start in less than two weeks. Danny Murphy, Charles Post and Tunde Aduroja talked about if the Atlanta Hawks can pull off an upset in the first round, whether or not the Miami Heat will hold onto the top seed, the turning point for the Boston Celtics defense, and Robert Williams' injury going forward. Even after a concerning losing streak that included Erik Spoelstra's sideline argument with Jimmy Butler, Miami is expected to clinch home court advantage soon.

Despite struggling for most of the season, Danny believes the Hawks have a chance to advance past the play-in tournament and potentially take down the Heat. Trae Young was phenomenal last month, averaging 29.4 points and 10.5 assists on 39.3% from 3-point range, and Atlanta is currently riding a 5-game win streak after taking down the Brooklyn Nets. We also explained why the Celtics are a championship contender if Williams can return soon as Jayson Tatum continues to play at an MVP level.
