The Duke Blue Devils (+280) enter the annual event as title frontrunners, followed by fellow top seeds the Florida Gators (+390), Auburn Tigers (+500) and Houston Cougars (+600).

Duke forward and projected top pick in the 2025 NBA Draft Cooper Flagg (18.9 points, 7.5 rebounds per game) sits atop best players in the East region.
