1. Duke Blue Devils (35-3)
Duke enters the Final Four as favorites to win it all as National Player of the Year Cooper Flagg (team-high 18.9 points and 7.5 rebounds) leads the way with guards Tyrese Proctor and Kon Knueppel, and center Khaman Maluach. Jon Scheyer’s team is the only program in the country that ranks in the top-5 in offensive and defensive efficiency. The Blue Devils will appear in the Final Four for the first time since 2022 and are searching for the sixth national title in school history. Flagg is attempting to cap off his historic season with a championship before heading to the NBA. Duke opened as 5.5-point favorites over Houston.
2. Florida Gators (34-4)
The Gators were in jeopardy of being eliminated in the Elite Eight before finishing the game on an 18-4 run to come back and secure a win as star guard Walter Clayton Jr. (game-high 30 points in 84-79 win over Texas Tech Red Raiders) took over in the final minutes. Clayton is among the best players in the Final Four but Florida has plenty of depth, including guard Will Richard, forward Alijah Martin and center Alex Condon. The Gators will compete in the Final Four for the first time since 2014 as they look to win the third national championship in program history. Florida is currently 2.5-point favorites over Auburn.
3. Houston Cougars (34-4)
Houston has developed into one of the most consistent programs in the country under Kelvin Sampson as they possess the top rated defense in the nation. The Cougars are getting ready to appear in the Final Four for the second time in the last five seasons as they search for the first national championship in school history. Houston is led by backcourt trio LJ Cryer (became the first player in NCAA Tournament history to score 30+ points with two schools), Emanuel Sharp and Milos Uzan, as well as center J'Wan Roberts. The Cougars are hoping to get revenge on Duke for being eliminated in the Sweet Sixteen last season.
4. Auburn Tigers (32-5)
The Tigers came into the NCAA Tournament as the top overall seed after winning the SEC regular season title. Despite being underdogs against Florida in the Final Four, Auburn has a great opportunity to win the first national championship in program history as they prepare to play in the national semifinals for just the second time ever. Bruce Pearl's team is led by SEC Player of the Year Johni Broome (game-high 25 points and 14 rebounds in 70-64 win over Michigan State Spartans in the Elite Eight), in addition to backcourt Denver Jones, Miles Kelly and Tahaad Pettiford. The Tigers' only other Final Four berth was in 2019.
