CFB: Pac-12 quarterback rankings

1. Kedon Slovis (USC): Slovis totally came out of nowhere last season after J.T. Daniels went down with a season-ending injury. A year later and not only is Slovis the starter, but he's also our top ranked QB in the Pac-12. He threw for 291.8 passing yards per game, as well as 30 touchdowns and nine interceptions. Slovis also completed an incredible 71.9% of his passes. Oh, right, and he was just a freshman!

2. Jayden Daniels (Arizona State): Daniels, who is also heading into his second season, comes in right behind Slovis. He averaged 245.3 passing yards per game, while totaling 17 touchdowns and only two interceptions. He also finished his freshman year with a solid 60.7% completion rate. Daniels should continue to get even better under Herm Edwards and the Sun Devils are expected to reach their third consecutive bowl game.

3. Jake Bentley (Utah): Bentley is the only transfer among the top-five quarterbacks in the conference but he shouldn't be a stranger to anyone after starting for two years at South Carolina. The former SEC signal caller had 27 touchdowns, 14 interceptions, and a 61.9% completion rate in his final full season (2018) with the Gamecocks. He also averaged 243.9 passing yards per game. Bentley will look to clean up his turnovers under Kyle Whittingham.

4. Dorian Thompson-Robinson (UCLA): Thompson-Robinson was supposed to come to UCLA alongside Chip Kelly, and quickly make the team contenders again. However, two years later, the Bruins seem to be stuck in the same place. The junior quarterback threw for 245.5 yards per game as a sophomore. He also had 21 touchdowns, which is pretty good, but was inconsistent as he threw 12 interceptions and finished with just a 59.7% completion rate.

5. Tyler Shough (Oregon): Shough played in limited action last year, backing up first round pick Justin Herbert. Now it's his time to start and he'll look to keep the Ducks in contention after winning the Rose Bowl last season. Shough went 12/15 for 144 passing yards and three touchdowns in 2019. Although he is unexperienced, we think Shough will have a better year than guys like Chase Garbers, Jacob Sirmon, and John Bledsoe.

Next Up:

6. Chase Garbers (California) 7. Jacob Sirmon (Washington)

8. John Bledsoe (Washington State)

9. Davis Mills (Stanford)

10. Tristan Gebbia (Oregon State)

11. Grant Gunnell (Arizona)

12. Blake Stenstrom (Colorado)
