CBB: Transfers to keep an eye on

1. Carlik Jones (Louisville): Jones is the top transfer to us as he leaves Radford to spend one year with the Cardinals. He is a 6'1 point guard who averaged 20.0 points and 5.5 assists per game. He helped lead Radford to a 21-11 record and a co-regular season Big South title at 15-3. He will head to Louisville, joining David Johnson, Malik Williams, Samuell Williamson, and Jae'Lyn Withers, who went 24-7 this past year, but are losing Jordan Nwora.

2. Bryce Aiken (Seton Hall): Aiken averaged 16.9 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game with Harvard last year and has announced his decision to head to Seton Hall over Maryland and Michigan. He is the second best signed transfer on the market and should be Seton Hall's point guard heading into next season. The Pirates went 21-9 and tied atop the Big East regular season standings, but they're be looking for a new leader as Myles Powell graduates.

3. Seth Towns (Ohio State): Towns hasn't played consistently since the 2017-18 season, when he averaged 16.0 points and 5.7 rebounds with Harvard. The second Crimson player on this list is transferring to Ohio State, where he'll have one year of eligibility remaining. He is 6'7 and 215 pounds, and will slide into the Buckeyes' front court as Kaleb Wesson is going to the NBA Draft. Towns will look to have an injury-free season with Ohio State.

4. Mike Smith (Michigan): Smith is the third point guard on this list and he will have a chance to compete for minutes at Michigan with Eli Brooks and Zeb Jackson in the backcourt. He's 5'11, 180 pounds, and is coming from Columbia, where he averaged 22.8 points, 4.5 assists, and 4.1 rebounds per game. He also shot 43.2% from the field. Michigan loses Zavier Simpson and David DeJulius after going 19-12 in Juwan Howard's first year.

5. EJ Anosike (Tennessee): Anosike is a 6’6 small forward that will have a chance to immediately make an impact with the Volunteers. He’s transferring from Sacred Heart after averaging 15.7 points and 11.6 rebounds per game. Anosike will have one year left as a graduate transfer. He’ll join a team that already has a pair of senior big men in Yves Pons and John Fulkerson. The trip will look to improve Tennessee after going 17-14 this past season.
