North Carolina looks to bounce back after their first loss of the season against Wake Forest as they take on Appalachian State, who is looking for a major road upset. #8 Michigan heads on the road for the first time this season to face Big Ten opponent Wisconsin. The Badgers are the only team in the country who haven't given up a point. Oklahoma State at 3-0, will try to keep their undefeated record intact with a road trip to Texas. The Longhorns lost to the Cowboys last year on the road. #9 Utah opens their conference slate with a game against USC, who is fresh off their first loss of the season to BYU in overtime. #7 Notre Dame, who comes into the game as 14-point underdogs, will try to pull off the upset versus #5 Georgia. Heisman Standings:
1. Tua Tagovailoa (Alabama)
2. Jalen Hurts (Oklahoma)
3. Joe Burrow (LSU)
4. Trevor Lawrence (Clemson)
5. Sam Ehlinger (Texas)
Tua Tagovailoa is back on top of our Heisman standings as he threw for 444 yards, five touchdowns, and a 77.8% completion rate, to go along with an incredible 97.2 QBR. Tua looks back to normal now that he's healthy and he should be in New York in December. Jalen Hurts should be there too. In fact, he might become the third consecutive winner from Oklahoma. He had 289 yards and three touchdowns against UCLA in a 48-14 win. Joe Burrow just keeps putting up huge games, throwing for 373 yards and two scores last week. He also had an interception in the victory. Trevor Lawrence looked back to normal after a slow start to the season, going for 395 yards and three touchdown passes. He has been somewhat sloppy with the ball, though, throwing two picks. Sam Ehlinger had a 92.2 QBR against Rice.
