CFB: Heisman Finalists Announced

The Heisman Trophy finalists were announced on December 3rd, and it was revealed that three quarterbacks will be headed to New York with a chance to win the coveted award. The finalists are: Dwayne Haskins (Ohio State), Kyler Murray (Oklahoma), and Tua Tagovailoa (Alabama). Haskins threw for 4,580 yards and 47 touchdowns while helping the Buckeyes go 12-1. However, they weren't able to reach the College Football Playoff like the other two finalists. Murray compiled 4,053 yards, 40 scores, and just seven picks en route to a Big 12 title and a 12-1 record. Tagovailoa totaled 3,353 yards, 37 touchdowns, and four interceptions while Alabama went a perfect 13-0 and are favored to win the national title. The winner will be announced December 8th.
