Review: No. 1 Alabama got up quickly against Texas A&M at home, and rode QB Tua Tagovailoa the rest of the way. He had 200+ yards at halftime, and led the Crimson Tide to a 45-23 victory which marks their sixth straight win dating back to last season. No. 9 LSU kept their ranking in tact after beating Louisiana Tech, 38-21, after earning a 17-point advantage at the break. QB Joe Burrow played well enough to win, even though he wasn't exactly thrilling. He threw for 191 yards and didn't turn the ball over again. Despite not being incredible, he has been consistent which is all the Tigers need. No. 6 Stanford was on the rails for the much of their game on the road against Oregon, but held onto the sixth spot, with a 38-31 overtime win.
Weekly Standings:
Caleb Henderson: 14-6

West Virginia @ Texas Tech
BYU @ No. 10 Washington
Ole Miss @ No. 9 LSU
Review: Week 5 is stocked full with good games, and is likely the best weekend to date, as it consists of a pair of top-10 matchups. No. 6 Stanford will take on No. 7 Notre Dame in South Bend, where both teams will be looking for their second major victory of the year. Although our experts are split on this decision, we'll take the Fighting Irish on their home soil. In the Big Ten, No. 4 Ohio State will travel to No. 8 Penn State. The last two years, these teams have played arguably the best game of the year, and we're picking the Buckeyes. Even though it's September, this game could decide the Big Ten East. West Virginia will face (and pass) a road test in Texas Tech, while No. 10 Washington and No. 9 LSU host upset-minded programs.
Heisman Standings:
1. Tua Tagovailoa (Alabama) (+0)
2. Dwayne Haskins (Ohio State) (+4)
3. Kyler Murray (Oklahoma) (+0)
4. Will Grier (West Virginia) (-2)
5. Bryce Love (Stanford) (+2)
Review: QB Tua Tagovailoa stays on top of our Heisman standings for the third straight week, following another incredibly impressive performance against Texas A&M. He threw for 387 yards and four touchdowns, on 73.3 percent passing. Tua's best quality might be his efficiency, and that's what makes him so difficult to defend. QB Dwayne Haskins of Ohio State makes a huge leap because of another dominant outing. Haskins totaled 304 yards and five touchdowns (all in the first half). He also connected on 87.5 (!) percent of his passes. QB Kyler Murray struggled a little bit against Army, mainly because the Sooners couldn't get them off the field, but he did throw the game-winning score and added 165 yards to his name.
