NBA: Celtics, Raptors sweep first round
Both the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors have swept their first round series matchups versus the Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets, respectively. Boston beat Philadelphia by a combined 47 points in the four games, winning Game 4 by a score of 110-106. Kemba Walker led the Celtics with 32 points, four assists, and four rebounds in the win, while Joel Embiid totaled 30 points and 10 rebounds as his season comes to an end. Toronto took down Brooklyn later in the day, 150-122, behind Serge Ibaka's 27 points and 15 rebounds. Pascal Siakam had 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Norman Powell added 29 points off the bench. The Raptors, the defending champions, outscored the Nets by an impressive 82 points in the four-game sweep. Boston and Toronto will begin their series in the coming weeks.
