NFL: Giants Win, 27-23, Over 49ers
The New York Giants (2-7) have earned their second win of the season, and their first since Week 3. QB Eli Manning was able to lead a game-winning drive in the final minutes to clinch the win with a touchdown pass to WR Sterling Shepard. The San Francisco 49ers (2-8) couldn't quite win back to back games, but their young QB Nick Mullens looked pretty good in his second career start. Mullens finished with 250 yards and one touchdown on 69.2 percent passing. He did throw two interceptions, though. Manning, on the other hand, didn't have any turnovers, while throwing for 188 yards and three scores. WR Odell Beckham Jr. had 73 yards and two scores. The Giants will look to build on this momentum at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
